Shipping policy
We offer Canada-wide shipping, local delivery in the GTA and pick-up in store and remote locations
Pick up option:
- Our retail shop location is at 688 Mount Pleasant Road
- Remote Curbside Mississauga (Derry Rd. & Winston Churchill Blvd) - Choose Mississauga Curbside pick up at shipping option
- Remote Pick up at events and expos will have information per event.

Shipping
- Our default service is UPS & Puro, are available Canada wide. Ground for Ontario to Montreal vicinity (east) and Winnipeg vicinity (west) orders and all other provinces during spring to fall
- overnight express or expedited is optional during spring - fall
- Canada Post or Fedex services can be requested in cart notes (If UPS or Purolator does not service your area, prices can be higher than usual. We can quote for Canada Post or Fedex in these cases)

The estimated time displayed at checkout is the time spent in transit from drop off. Orders are only dispatched on Tuesday & Wednesday (weather permitting) to reduce the possibility of packages held in depot over the weekends. During high volume season, fulfillment can be from 1-4 weeks.
We pride ourselves in high quality shipping for the protection of all of our plant babies.
The shipping cost on www.roehamptonorchids.ca is an estimation based on Fedex Canada, Purolator shipping or UPS services. We are not responsible if information provided were inaccurate, and prices may vary and subject to change depending on the carrier.
We reserve the right to change / select other carrier services based on situations, estimated delays and reliability. A tracking number will always be provided.
If there are any damages incurred during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Ensure to photograph the exterior conditions of the package, as well as the interior and the plant condition. We will be glad to send a replacement or issue a store credit. For our extended 14 day plant health guarantee, please refer to our refund policy terms & condition.
