We take pride in our product and stand behind everything we grow. We ask that you take extra care of your plants as they are perishable and subjected to variable conditions such as weather, transportation, growing media, watering and positioning in your grow area.
By accepting our plant products at the time of sale in store, in person, or on delivery receipt, this is considered proof of good plant health and subsistence.
All plants are inspected for any signs of disease or virus. To the best of our knowledge, our plants leave free of pests or diseases. Plants are, however, living things and they can at any time develop disease, virus, or insect pests.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for evaluation. As live plants are subject to variable conditions we do not offer a guarantee or refund.
After 7 days, we cannot be held responsible for the health of the plants as they are no longer in our care.
If a plant is found not deemed healthy to be shipped after a purchase has been completed, and we are not able to provide an equivalent substitution, we reserve the right to refund the plant and retract the transaction.

Plant health guarantees
Our plant health guarantees that within 7 days of receiving the plant that they are in healthy conditions. If you are unsure, please feel free to reach out. We are here to help!
For online customers: We strive to make your online plant purchase experience positive. However, things may take a turn when transiting with perishable product. In the unfortunate circumstance that a plant arrives suboptimal due to transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will follow the following steps.
- If deemed necessary, your warranty will be extended for 2 months
- We will work with you to take necessary next steps to help the plant recover
- If recovery is unsuccessful, a replacement will be reserved to ship with your next order if available
- If a replacement is not obtainable, a store credit equivalent of the plant will be issued. Refunds will not be issued for plant stress resulting from factors beyond our control.
- If customer fails to communicate with us weekly during the 2 month period, the warranty will be voided
- We do not warrant any plants that have been transplanted/repotted within the 7 days of receiving the plant. The plants coming from our nursery are adequately setup in a potting media and pot to ensure your success at growing it. By repotting you take full responsibility of the plant health.
For purchase done in person (in shop or at remote markets), ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If there are concerns regarding your plant, feel free to reach out to us for guidance.

Exclusion
Pests: We do everything we can to mitigate any pests or disease on our orchids the possibility always remains. As we do not use harsh pesticides when under our care, pest is always a potential possibility and can appear from many sources. Hence we alway suggest to isolate prior to introducing to your collection. Please contact us we can offer pest control methodologies. Pests are a natural part of collecting plants, and we cannot offer guarantee against pest. By purchasing you agree to taking all risk listed above.
Virus/Fungal: All plants are inspected for any signs of disease or virus prior to shipping. To the best of our knowledge, our plants leave free of diseases. Plants are, however, living things and they can at any time develop or infection by disease, virus, or fungus, or issues can develop when immune system is weakened under improper care. If you suspect a plant has been infected, reach out to us for help.

Other FAQ conditions:
If purchasing a plant in spike - We believe we provide the highest quality of packaging to preserve a spike. However, by purchasing in-spike you are responsible for acclimatizing the plant into your growing environment. Orchids blooms are sensitive and there are risk the buds blast(failing to open) or wilting prematurely,, flowers with shorten lifespan, or the spike breaking is always present when shipping orchids in spike and changes to the environment. Damaged buds or spikes will not be replaced, these plants will bloom again with proper care. If a plant is no longer or was sent without a spike, a credit of the difference in in-spike & blooming size will be automatically given.
Mericlone or instability - We collect and provide some of the most unique orchids on the market. However, plants have genetic variability and we cannot guarantee the outcome of certain blooms, even if they are mericlones, there can be variability. If a stock mericlone orchid differs significantly or is one of an undesired outcome you may contact us for a review, and if possible, a replacement or a re-purchase of the same orchid at a discounted cost. Each plant is reviewed case-by-case. Size, shape and slight colour variations will not be considered as variable.
Plant Identification - We provide the most accurate information given to us from suppliers around the world. Unfortunately, plant identifications could be inaccurate, lost, changed when we receive additional information, or if we determine ourselves it could be a misidentification. We do not guarantee any accuracy in the plant bloomed as there are many variables in plant identification and mutations. Each plant identification can be reviewed case-by-case. Size, shape and slight colour variations will not be considered as mis-i.d. By purchasing you agree to taking all risk listed above.
Exclusions and details:
- Photos of plant and details must be provide to open a claim
- All reduced, discounted, as is and/or clearance plants are not covered by this guarantee and are final sale
- As all plants vary, imperfections of blooms and leafs are not considered unhealthy
- Damaged buds or spikes will not be replaced or refunded, these plants will bloom again with proper care.
- Return shipping and shipping fees are not covered
- All returns or store credit is by our discretion
- All placed orders are not eligible for refunds. Refunds are subjected to 10% restocking fee (To a maximum of $20) if it has not been prepped for shipping.
