Remote Pick Up Ordering instructions
To place a preorder for pickup, choose the designated show pickup option under “Shipping, Delivery & Remote pickup options” at checkout (not “Pick up at main store”).
See the EXAMPLE screenshot below. If you don’t see the pickup option, click the arrow in the top-right (circled in red) to expand the list.
Flight cities have restrictions — no heavy media, XL plants or supplies allowed due to flights limitations. (Anywhere except within Ontario to Montreal)
Important: Due to the high volume of orders we receive, please follow the instructions below to help us avoid mistakes. Please..
- Wait until the preorder pickup option is available before placing your order.
- Do not leave notes in your cart or order asking to switch to pickup.
- Do not select “Main Store Pickup” or any other shipping method and then email us or leave notes requesting a change.
