Trexity Information
We are partnered with Trexity for local delivery — is an automated, route-optimized company that helps us keep costs economical to all. Delivery rates are distance-based, ranging from 5 to 20 within the Greater Toronto Area and more.
Delivery windows run Wednesday to Sunday, estimated between 12pm and 8pm. Routes are finalized in advance, so specific time requests can't be accommodated through this service. If you need a same-day or timed delivery, contact us directly for a private delivery quote.
Choosing Your Drop-Off Method
PIN Verification (default for perishable orders) Your delivery requires a PIN to complete. You'll find it in the tracking text and email sent to you. If no one is available to provide the PIN at the time of delivery, a return fee will apply — so please make sure someone is home on your chosen date.
Photo Drop-Off (default for non-perishable orders) The courier will knock on arrival. If there's no answer, your package will be left at the door, with concierge, or in the lobby/mailroom — with a photo confirmation. You can leave special instructions (side door, back entrance, etc.) in your cart notes. To opt out of PIN verification, simply leave us a note in the cart. Note: We don't recommend this option during winter unless you're in a condo building. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
Ordering a Gift?
Provide the recipient's phone number and email at cart notes so they receive the tracking link and PIN directly. Alternatively, select Photo Drop-Off to skip PIN verification entirely. Please note that coordinating a delivery falls outside our automated system and will incur an additional fee.
Scheduling Your Delivery
Select your preferred delivery date on the cart page. If no date is specified, your order will go out within 1–2 days of purchase.
Please note: our delivery drivers cannot call ahead to confirm someone is home. Additional charges apply if we need to follow up to arrange delivery.
