The following guideline are for provinces that does not have Ground shipping available year round. (Ontario and Quebec exempted)

Ground shipping (either Purolator Ground or UPS Standard) is available this spring to fall. It is the cheapest available shipping rate and now accessible across all provinces, although the transit time may range from an average of 1-10 days.  

• Your plants may need a little extra time to settle in after their journey, but rest assured — blooming size plants handle ground transit beautifully. We've successfully shipped to as far as the Yukon with plants arriving happy and healthy after 10–14 days on the road!

• A gentle heads-up for In Spike plants: we kindly recommend avoiding ground shipping for these, as transits longer than 3 days can increase the chance of spike abort. Just something to keep in mind when placing your order!

• Please also note that packages mishandled, significantly delayed, or lost by ground carriers fall outside our 7-Day Healthy Plant Guarantee — with the exception of year-round ground service areas in Ontario and Quebec. That said, we're always here to help if anything doesn't go smoothly.

• For reference, estimated ground transit is typically 1–5 days, some remote cities can be up to 14 days. If your estimated delivery is showing longer than that, we'd suggest choosing an expedited option or reaching out to us — we're happy to help find the best shipping method for your location, especially for addresses outside major cities.

• For premium plants valued over $200, we recommend selecting an expedited shipping method to give them the extra care they deserve.
