Aerangis punctata is a Madagascar miniature orchid found in the central highlands in elevation of 900-1500m. Its flowers are proportionally large to it's body, 2-3.5cm long. A thermophilic plant and requiring high humidity makes it a great addition to terrariums.
Aerangis punctata does best mounted on cork with substrate such as synthetic hygrolon as shown, or moss. Can also be potted in sphagnum moss or fine bark pieces.
