Preorder & Pick up important information

To preorder for pick up, select the appropriate pick up option listed under "Shipping, Delivery & Remote pick up options" at checkout. 

Certain cities may have restrictions — no heavy media, XL plants or supplies allowed due to flights limitations. (see details in each event) (*Vancouver Edmonton Calgary Halifax)

DO NOT choose any alternative shipping methods and then email us nor leave a note in the order (We will not see the notes until the orders are being processed). Your order may not be processed if ordered incorrectly. Thank you for your understanding.
