Preorder & Pick up important information

To preorder for pick up, select the appropriate pick up option listed under "Shipping, Delivery & Remote pick up options" at checkout.  See screenshot below. If you do not see the option please click the arrow on the top right circled in red.

Certain cities may have restrictions — no heavy media, XL plants or supplies allowed due to flights limitations. (see details in each event) (*Vancouver Edmonton Calgary Halifax)

Important - Due to the volume of order we receive, to avoid any mistakes. Please

• Do not order before preoder date is open
• Do not leave note in cart to change to pick up.
• Do not choose pick up main store, or any alternative shipping methods and then email us or leave a note in the order (We will not see the notes until the orders are being processed).

Your order may not be processed if ordered incorrectly. Thank you for your understanding.
