Remote Pick Up Ordering instructions

Preorder & Pick up important information

To preorder for pick up, select the designated pick up option listed under "Shipping, Delivery & Remote pick up options" at checkout (NOT pick up at main store).  See screenshot below. If you do not see the option please click the arrow on the top right circled in red.

Flight cities have restrictions — no heavy media, XL plants or supplies allowed due to flights limitations. (Anywhere except within Ontario to Montreal)

Please help us keep things running smoothly, as  we only see order notes once processing begins.

• Wait until the preorder option is available before placing your order.

• Kindly avoid leaving notes in the cart requesting a switch to pick up.

• Please don’t select “Main Store Pickup” or alternative shipping methods and then email or leave notes in your order. We will likely miss it.
