Local Delivery
IMPORTANT. Our local delivery with Trexity is an automated system and has a PIN verification. If you are sending a gift please read option below
PIN verification or Photo drop off

Default option is (PIN) drop-off - PIN must be provided for delivery completion (provided in the text & email tracking). Return fees will incur if the customer is unavailable. ***If this is a gift make sure to provide their phone and email for their tracking and PIN or opt out of PIN verification.

Option 2 to opt out of pin (default for non-perishable orders) - Photo drop-off - couriers will knock upon arrival and all packages will be left at the door, OR with concierge or lobby/mailroom with photo proof. Instructions can be left in cart (for side or back door etc)
- Specify delivery date and window at cart page. (Weds to Sun) Otherwise your order will be automatically be sent next 1-2 day of order.
- Delivery window slots are between 12:30 to 10pm, at the bottom of the cart page.
- Instructions given about delivery timeline constraints will not be followed as routes are predetermined
- Our delivery drivers cannot call recipient to confirm if they are home (similar to Uber). Please ensure they are home at your specified date and time.
Rate is distance based and varies from $5 to ~$20 in the Greater Toronto Area in the approximate map above. +20$ for extended zones.
2. Extended area delivery
We also offer extended delivery with our secondary partner. This needs to be requested manually. Note: This service will not have live tracking or PIN verification. You must be home the day you request delivery to recieve the order.
- Place order and choose back up rate.
- Get in touch for the specific area & rate and we will make adjustments to your order.
- Select the date you prefer to have delivered. There is no guarantee delivery time window, approximately before 7pm (mostly before 5pm) on the requested delivery date.
- Next day delivery may be possible before 7pm, please text or call 9058888838 after you place your order and provide your order #.
There is no limit to order size or arrangements.
