Phal. hieroglyphica var. flava
The Phalaenopsis hieroglyphica is species phal native to the Philippines on the islands of Polillo and Palawan. It's unique name comes from the mesmerizing colour and pattern on their flowers. They are very strong, easy sequential bloomers. Never cut the stem unless it's drying off, or cut to closes node if you catch the yellowing early to branch of multiple blooms.
