Miniature sized, hot to cool growing epiphyte with a very short stem carrying 5 to 8, two ranked, narrowly lanceolate, fleshy, curved, apically and unequally bilobed leaves that blooms in the late spring and early summer on many, arising from the base, thin, terete, 1.6 [4 cm] long, successively single, few [5] flowered inflorescence with one very small bract and triangular, acute, concave, reddish brown floral bracts and carrying the short-lived [1 day] flowers facing in all directions.
