I made an impulsive decision in early December to purchase orchids and have them shipped to me when the temperatures in Edmonton were less than favorable. Roehampton took extra pre...view morecautions and upgraded my shipping to 2 day deliver with heat packs. Unfortunately there was no way of knowing that the Courier would run into difficulties. Eventually, the package was delivered after 5 days to my doorstep. I reluctantly opened the parcel, expecting to find frozen orchids, but was overwhelmed to find that they arrived completely unscathed by their journey. The moss they were packed in was still moist, and the heat pack - still warm. THANK YOU Roehampton - your mindful and meticulous packaging saved the day! After rehydrating the Catyclia, I repotted them in an orchiata mix, gifted one for Christmas, and kept the other, which is growing under LED lights in my plant room. view less

Cool plant, fairly uncomplicated care as far as watering goes. Came healthy, can't wait to watch it grow.
